Magna Carta of the Kingdom

“Heaven on Earth: Experiencing the Kingdom of God in the Here and Now” is different from other kingdom books. Unlike many who have written on the subject and then move on to other issues, I have been captured by the kingdom. And it won’t let me go!  I am passionate about the kingdom of God.

Heaven on Earth is more than a book.  In a way, it serves like a Magna Carta of the kingdom because it offers a solution to the major crisis facing the church—the downgrade of the pure gospel. I show that apart from the kingdom, there is no gospel. Apart from the kingdom, the church has no purpose for existence.

Jesus did not come to start a religion called Christianity, of which the church is a part. But he came to establish the kingdom, which the church serves.  It is so clear! How have we missed it?

“Heaven on Earth” is prophetic call for the church to return to its original reason for existence and for preachers to proclaim a kingdom-focused gospel like the apostles of old. Between “the already” and “not yet” dimensions of the kingdom we have a job to complete (Matt 24:14).

That’s why I said in a previous post, my mission is nothing less than to lead an all-out revolution. My goal is to restore the “gospel of the kingdom” to the churches. I will do this through every means at my disposal. But the goal of restoring the "gospel of the kingdom" to its rightful place of prominence cannot be done in a flash. We must take one step at a time and expand until we reach all the nations.

Read “Heaven on Earth.” It is both missional and transformational. Capture the vision. Then join me in the revolution. Resolve to preach the kingdom of God and transform your church into a kingdom-driven church. Together we can make a difference.
